Hi, I’m Coach Erica Preston, mom of two and the founder of Hoop to the Rhythm®! What started as a simple love for fitness and creativity has grown into a fun way to help people move, feel confident, and enjoy exercise again.
I’ve experienced the ups and downs of weight changes over the years, and I know how challenging it can be to stay motivated. That’s why I created Hoop to the Rhythm®—to make movement something you actually look forward to. Through hula hoop fitness, I help others discover a playful, energizing workout that strengthens the body, boosts mood, and reminds us that fitness doesn’t have to feel like a chore.
Hoop to the Rhythm® is all about finding joy in movement, building confidence, and having fun while working toward your goals.
